Southern's fan base travels and sets up their tailgate space early so we will need to get out there early to secure our spot, hence the early set up time.

Set up - 9:00 am - 10:30 am - Set up tents, tables, and serving equipment (6 vols)

Set up- 10:30 am - 12:00 pm - Man the tailgate area (2 vols)

Serve food - 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm (3 vols)

Serve food - 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm (3 vols)

Serve food - 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm (3 vols)

Breakdown 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm (3 vols)
