· Fourth year pharmacy student

· GPA: 3.0 and above

· In good standing with COPHS to graduate 2025

· Must be taking licensing exam

Scholarship amount : $850

• What your career goals are

• How this scholarship will help you

Top 3 students will be interviewed based on essays
